So, if a team celebrates for 2 minutes, the referee should allow an extra 90 seconds.
This season referees are only meant to add on additional time for goals if the restart is delayed by more than 30 seconds (I think that is right, although I'm open to correction).
There were also only 4 substitution windows used in the second half. So probably about right.
Meh - football needs characters. Far worse human beings in the Premier League. Don't have a problem with him myself (although delighted he finished on the losing side today).
