I thought Pervis was brilliant. It was like having the old Estupinan back. So much energy.
I'm very much hoping he gets a "knock" which prevents him playing internationals.
I was in the north and so I was very impressed with Ferdi's work. (it's harder for me to see his defensive work...
Haha, OP
Fretting like an old woman like all the other sad acts on the matchday thread.
Maybe next time, show a little belief in our players and our club. They won't win every game, but they've done easily enough to earn our trust that they have that sort of performance in them
It should have been more, of course.
But Spurs hadn;t threatened seriously for the second half. They weren't hammering at our door that hard.
And they had a ref that gave them a serious lions share of the 50/50s
OK.
So how many times have we done that? Come back from 2 goals down to win?
Got to admit. I don't remember the Colchester game. Who scored for us?
What other times have we done it?
Right. No panic.
It's nowhere near as bad as you lot are making out.
We could easily have scored there. Three good chances.
As for their goals, the first looked a clear foul from the north stand. The second just trickles through the keeper. Very poor from him.
Yes we were open on other...
Probably will be very bad, but my kids will absolutely love it
Agree with those saying Bowen, unrestrained by the modern era, will be a tough act to follow. Didn't even know there was a recentish version
Cannot believe the brass neck of this bloke.
What? He wants to fly? Wants? Does he not realise how offensive this is? Stupid old man. Eleven people died, including two fine young men associated with our club.
The bloke needs to show some respect to the families and live out his days away...
Yes, there's context to every election. That Corbyn got more votes than Starmer is indisputable and evidence that Starmer can't take his big majority for granted. Starmer hasn't before the election or since convinced the electorate to trust him.
Are you sure?
I really don't see what is compelling our involvement here. I don't see that the Balfour Declaration or the Iraq war or all the other interventions are directly compelling us to send military assets to the gulf to intervene right here, right now.
Perceived political expediency...
