£25 for OAP & kids. WHU are ****s. Liverpool was £15, Newcastle was £18, Chelsea was £20, Fulham is £18. How can this lot justify that? Looks like I'm going kidless to this one then!!
I hope we charge them the same when they come here, actually what do we charge for away tickets?
I f***ing KNEW it!!! This is going to be just the start. Refs are human beings. Refs are going to support a team, and more crucially dislike other teams or other people associated with those teams. So Klopp is a ****, big surprise, you don't get to that level in this game without having a...
I LOVED the Uwe song, it's the obvious choice for Fab.
I tried this before but if you want ALL the ground to join in then don't stick a "f***" or similar in the song for no real reason. All stands used to join in with the RDZ song for a reason.
As I said earlier in this thread 30 odd years ago this dickhead would have been sorted out by his own fans let alone others. These pricks hide behind CCTV being everywhere and mobile phone cameras. He would absolutley shit himself if he came face to face with 'old Chelsea', or 'old BHA' for...
IMO the biggest reason this issue is amplified is due to the fact there is no choice - when leaving the Amex you will be in a queue, for potentially a long time, whether it be train, P&R or Bridge etc. The REALISTIC option of walking is not available. That feeling of being 'stuck' is what...
I’ve not known that atmosphere in the east lower at an EPL match before now, it was better than Spurs, or even the Chelsea game, only thing close was Europa.
I’d play this team, based on Dunk not making it.
Bart
Ferdi JPvH Igor Pervis
Hinch Baleba Ayari Mitoma
Rutter
Welbz
Solid and full of running; run their midfield ragged. Can be 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 or 4-4-1-1 depending on how it’s going.
Then Adringa, Pedro, Wieffer, Ferguson, Ensico, Gruda or...
The ironic thing is that his ‘type’ would have been VERY unwelcome at Stamford Bridge even 30 years ago, 40 years ago he’d have had his head kicked in by his own. Chelsea fans were vile back then but at least they weren’t glory hunting wankers. He’d have been Fulham, although he wouldn’t...
Once we got to the station it was OK, it took about 30 minutes to get there though, stewards with stop/go boards etc. In terms of elapsed time probably no worse than getting on a train from the Amex but I rate the Amex as bad for that.
My main problem with their corporate bowl is I remember...
After last season I told myself that I'd NEVER do West Ham away EVER again. Awful stadium for football (the worst in the country IMO), ridiculous OTT security checks, stupidly expensive food/drink, middle of nowhere, a massive pain to get away from (Amex level queuing for the tube)...
I do hope whatever happens that ANY players not fit enough to play a part tomorrow are not released for international duty. It will be pretty annoying if Pedro or Ferguson, Ferdi etc can't make City but then go off to their countries; who I'm convinced are more likely to take a risk with them...
Reading this underlines it's all about the individual. For me my kryptonite is beer, it's not just the alcohol and calories, although that's obviously bad, it's the fact that it leads to other bad things = eating shite late at night & not wanting to do exercise.
So I've cut all alcohol out for...
I have a little feeling Wlbeck is going to break that City duck tomorrow. In fact I'm sticking my neck out and predicting we'll score twice. Sadly they get more.
What is the 'thing' with Foden? Last season he gave the north loads when he scored, at the time I don't remember him getting abuse...
The only time I have ever seen an incident even close to crushing was a couple of seasons ago after the Palace game, which did genuinely get a little worrying for a few minutes. However that was outside the stadium (East) and completely of the club & police's own making.
