Welbeck is not going to start all these games over Xmas. Ferguson’s task is to convince FH that when Welbz doesn’t start then he should, and not Pedro in the 9. Then he needs to give FH a headache to drop him. That isn’t going to be easy.
Typical of a lot of clubs. I guarantee this weekend that Palmer plays for that lot, Saka plays for Arsenal, Foden for City, etc. To be 'fair' we kept Baleba back and I reckon he'll start tomorrow.
I thought that there were rules to stop this, it seems that they've either changed or not...
I don't think you 'give minutes' to a CB; you start or you replace an injured player or a player having a mare. Apart from the odd set piece our CBs only play in our half, not like midfielders (or even the front 3) who cover huge distances and need rotating in game. The position is too...
Down from 74.4 to 70.0 so I'm well chuffed. Ideally another 2kg to go. I'm not going to make the alcohol ban though through to Dec 1st as I've decided I'm jumping off that wagon on the 29th. I was dry for City, not doing it for Soton!!!
Gone for a Desmond. Although I almost went 1-2 as I think we will have more to come off the bench than them. I think Christie being out could be an issue for them too.
O'Riley has had 2 weeks since City. He must be getting close to being able to start.
If Dunk is fit he might start Igor at LB. Pervis is a risk IMO given the travel.
Attacking wise Mitoma, Adringa, Ensico, Gruda and O'Riley could come off the bench. That is awesome.
I posted earlier, FB is...
Would he? Maybe.
From my experience they absolutley typify the entitled, priviliged, pompous, I'm alright Jack mentality of the Gen X middle class, inheritance grabbing parasites.
The Young Ones University Challenge sketch sums up these wankers perfectly.
I've not seen anyone not 'getting behind him' the big issue for him is going to be lack of minutes. He's currently behind Pedro and Rutter, and on form/impact rightly so. It doesn't mean he's not good enough just that he's going to get very limited chances to show it unless we get an injury...
My wife is very good friends with someone who was famous in showjumping, I obviously know them now but genuinely haven't a clue who they are in terms fame.
One of my best mate's brother in law is Flintoff. Which he still finds weird.
Isn’t Christie with Scotland?
If we assume JPvH is ok to play then the only players that would IMO otherwise start are Mitoma and Pervis. It’s not ideal but there we are.
I look forward to watching my sons play cricket for 3 months, I dread the 9 months of football, purely because of these feral parents. The wife has stopped coming to the football for this reason.
Some refs do not help themselves though, yesterday the ref decided to blow a good 5 minutes short...
This reduction in concessions is growing. West Ham also a piss take, although you need young eyes to see the far goal.
Does anyone know if home club keep the away fan revenue?
Agree that BHA need to respond in kind to these clubs.
Very difficult to influence the game when your team is constantly on the back foot and never has the ball for more than 20 seconds. If you're playing like that then you need a pacey more mobile striker, not an Evan.
For what it's worth Kane did nothing of note for 45 minutes either.
