It is pretty shit isn't it?
I know several Japanese who want to buy Brighton(Mitoma) shirts but can't because of the lack of stock.
Which is another issue, why the hell aren't we ragging the f*** out of Mitoma's popularity over here?!
I don't understand what that is telling us. Is it break even fee for each individual player?
If so what does it tell us about their finances/ffp? It doesn't say how much they need to make to comply with ffp as far as I can work out. Or are we taking the 100m spoken about elsewhere in this...
a) should be disqualified for going with his middle finger rather than flicking v's. The gormless palace twat.
b) looks like he's got bigger problems than his football team being a bit shit.
c) looks like he's about to have a rubber gloved finger inserted rather than actually being angry...
I think this could be a very open tournament. I reckon there are shows there that plenty of people won't know too much about so some well selected clips could see a huge swell of support for them.
Oh no, you made your point perfectly well.
I just started this thread to take the piss out of palace and highlight what a shambles they are that this deep into their premier league life their squad can't cope with 2-4 injuries because it is sufficiently imbalanced that they rely far too heavily...
So what we're saying is that yes, starting a game with two players missing counts as injury hit in your 11th season in the premier league(and the billion+ pounds that comes with it) IF you're a shambles of a club with a joke in the boardroom, a joke in the dugout and a bunch of jokes in the stand?
Just asking because in the Guardians talking point from the game they say this:
The German was instrumental in the 4-1 thrashing of Roy Hodgson’s injury-hit side as Brighton ended their goalscoring drought in fine style
I thought they were missing Doucore and Eze with Olise on the bench?
How...
Dunk scoring straight after the she said no song and celebrating in front of them was nice. As was Hinsh running behind the goal fist pumping/finger wagging at them after the same goal. And Van Hecke screaming into the face of Schlupp, again after the Dunk goal.
Two Brighton born and Bred...
That is SENSATIONAL viewing!
There's something every 30 seconds to enjoy. Honestly if @Mellotron had held off doing his comedy world cup for a few weeks this would have been an incredibly strong contender.
Amidst the chaos and karma there's even an Art Garfunkel lookalike falling asleep...
I thought Ver Bruggen played really well with the ball at his feet. He kept possession whilst not playing anything overly risky/suicidal. He chipped the ball out to the wings a number of times when previously he might have tried a risky central pass. If he keeps that up he'll start building a...
So I've heard.
Funnily enough I thought we were in for a tough, tough afternoon with all our injuries but it turns out Palace are incredibly - and I mean incredibly - shit.
I needn't have worried.
EMBARRASSINGLY EASY!
How are Palace a premier league team? I can't think of a worse visiting league team in our premier league era. They reminded me of the last six months of Hughton's team - they're only staying up if there are 3 worse teams. And there aren't. They're relying on points...
I'm loving the scoreline but what a strange first half. For large parts lacking any intensity, it's almost like a friendly at times.
We've been caught dawdling at the back a number of times. Cut that out and there's no way back for Palace. Cut that out and we can really look at inflicting...
