[Albion] Ansu Fati **Signed On Loan 01/09**

Imo last night was the first time this season that Fati has been disappointing. He has generally been a good signing. Perhaps judgement is clouded for some by too high expectations ?

    [Albion] Our Players Diving !

Yep, agreed. It was very evident last night although has been going on for a long time. Very PL and not what I go to football to watch.

[Albion] Low Block is our Achilles heel

We didn’t. When our keeper was picked he hadn’t done that. If that’s the best advice then the club have it covered.

[Albion] Low Block is our Achilles heel

Yes, seems so. I think RDZ would say the answer is more of the same but better. Last night the passing wasn’t good enough. The crossing was just gentle chips to the back post apart from that Barco one late on. Maybe the something lacking last night was a consequence of important games to come.

[Albion] Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

He is a Sheffield Utd fan. He is very embarrassed about it though.

Not really. How many decent crosses and passes did we fail to deliver. A lot more than one. This agenda crops up when JS makes a mistake.

[Albion] Apparently the FA Cup QF draw has happened

:) I reckon you will look back fondly on that experience when you reminisce about the 2023/24 FA Cup run

Lots of nonsense on here about Jason Steele imo. He made a bad error but was in no way to blame for tonight’s result.

We looked surprisingly predictable going forwards. Only one plan which was to chip in a weak cross and hope someone could make something of it.

    [Albion] Jakub Moder

I think Brighton fans WANT him to be the real deal. Not sure if he is.

    It’s ok. I’m a Wolves fan. Have I never mentioned it ?

Coventry at home. I only know because someone texted. Maybe only the two of us have seen it….

[Albion] Brighton are too good and will go down one day

Hmm…’natural place in the scheme of things.’ Not sure about that. They only got into the Football League because Bootle FC had to drop out.

[Albion] Brighton are too good and will go down one day

I wasn’t comparing Brighton to Liverpool. I was comparing attitudes to recently promoted clubs challenging the established order. I could have used a different comparison but this one works to make my point.

[Albion] Brighton are too good and will go down one day

Err yes, that Liverpool. The one that was promoted in the 1960s. He would have predicted they would last 5 years in Dvision 1 before Wolves and Blackpool restored the natural order. As I said, look how that would have turned out….

Samuels is a big believer in ‘the natural order.’ If this were the 1960s he would be saying the same about Liverpool. Look how that turned out.

[Albion] Kaoru Mitoma [27/2/24 - possibly out for the rest of the season]

Regardless of terminology I don’t see why the club should be signing wingers/forwards in January to cover for two away on temporary international duty, Encisco (now back) and Solly who will return at some point soon you would imagine. In midfield we were never going to buy like for like with...

[Football] Lewes v KSK Beveren: Big European night at the Pan tonight

I’m guessing because there is a difference between being owned by a fan and being fan owned. Shame really. We could do with playing some more games this season.

    [Albion] Roma tickets 45€

Could be Palace ? Although you may be right. It’s difficult to believe New Addington is in the UK.
