Wow looks amazing. Will imagine I’m in the Himalayas when running a very wet Downland Devil tomorrow!
Hope you are having a great time - they got WiFi there then?
You have to ask why does Nihal ask so many rhetorical questions? Turn off.
Shelagh Fogerty was good as well (as long as the topic was not Liverpool) and going further back Fi Glover was great.
I have a (friend’s) spare male entry for Sunday’s Downland Devil 9 available if anyone is interested. Only £12 - great breakfast afterwards! PM and if you are interested. big nuts and me are doing it as well.
Must have been a pretty high standard at the Brighton 10k today. Some well known Brighton names came in down the order including Graham’s Godden down in 65th. The finish must have been great to watch - several runners within second of each other.
Headed over to Lancing this morning for the first time. Nice run, cold easterly wind didn’t help but finished 16th of 159 in 21:55. Legs feeling a bit heavy after a tough session on Wednesday.
Enjoyed an excellent bacon sandwich in the Perch cafe afterwards.

864 miles fir me to date. I guess I’ll be just under 1000 at year end.
I hear around 130 vegan runners will be at Hove Park parkrun on Saturday - time to make my Lancing debut I think.
Loved Monterey when I visited a few years ago. Did a couple of amazing dives in the kelp forests.
21:46 at HP for me - pretty happy with that after a couple of weeks away.
By the way i notice fourth place at Preston Park this week was ‘The Badger’. Is that the Compkete one or is there a third...
Nice to get back into it this morning having not run much in October. 14km felt reasonably good after a 22 hour journey back from holiday yesterday - will sleep well tonight.
