Also out for a beautiful 10 miles this morning. Really warm on the undercliff in the sun, then freezing through Rottingdean and stunning views on Bazehill and back down Wilson Ave. must have just missed you big nuts, I saw the van parked up by the Marina with the group finishing up.

Late night last night so fairly lazy 25 min pacing this morning. Looking forward to a long cold run in the morning.

An SB equalling 21:52 at Hove Park this morning means I won’t be troubling the table maker or his boxed in bollards. Good to see ben Elton’s Brother and Greg Bobkin back in the saddle.
