It seems politics threads is a source of annoyance for a few, long posts, or numerous posts coming in close behind. So my suggestions;
If it's possible, restrict Politics threads from hitting the top 5 or 10 on page one, so they don't dominate the board.

I wonder if anyone still manages to turn up for the first game of the season, buys a program, and at that point finds out who is in the squad for the season, and then wonders where some of the players from last season have gone? Like it's 1985 and you haven't bought an Argus all summer.
It's a group that is pro Israel, as a nation. It doesn't mean they are pro genocide in Gaza.

I am going to switch sides here for a moment, and suggest that people that are fleeing persecution, or war, may have some mental health problems, so giving asylum to genuine refugees of this kind, might be detrimental to the UK.
