Will be renewing but not sure where to move to. I am in F/G of east, near the front. Love the view when players are close but would prefer to be back a bit and more towards half way line as when play is at N end it's very difficult to make out what is really going on. I am not sure if upper...
Falmer, Falmer, Falmer.
Nothing really wrong with the Amex except that I have a natural aversion to the corporate thing and what are you going to call the place when American Express stop sponsoring it?
For long periods CMS got no service yesterday and when he went off it really looked like a 0-0 was the most likely result. Hoskins did lead the line but without Noone or Lua-Lua there was no penetration on the left wing and it was not until well into the second half that the midfield got any...
In a ground that held 8500 and was a pretty horrible place to go and watch football I think that 70% average sounds pretty good. Selturd Krap manages 57% and that's giving tickets away. Having said that it is an even worse place than Withdean to go and watch football.
Pretty much this. If we can afford to keep him then why sell? If GP does get a truly quality partner for CMS then Barnes will get less games but the way our squad get injured and suspended we could do with the depth. If we don't get another striker then Barnes has enough of what it takes...
Trouble is that not many of us can honestly say we really know. Most of us so called indigenous people will have genes from Norman, Gaul, Roman, Germanic or Nordic ancestors anyway.
I have Scottish heritage on one side of the family but instinctively I consider myself English. I want England...
I've not waded through the whole thread but I have to reluctantly add my moan as the East Stand has been getting poorer in my experience.
If you don't get in the queue for a pie before 2:15 you (a) will queue for at least 10 to 20 mins and (b) will be lucky to get a full choice of pies and...
Desperately want us to win but can't see it with current form, injuries, suspensions etc. 1-3 Saints I am sad to say.
It will be a great shame as I am bringing my brother-in-law and his lad tomorrow who come from Southampton so it could be a very uncomfortable journey home...
Top post. Unwarranted or not, the yellow/red card suspensions and sending offs have cost us points and Gus/Tanno need to lead from the front in rectifying the problem.
It's my understanding that the Crawley player did get the ball.
.....
Seriously though, that's one of those injuries that makes your eyes water just hearing about it. Hope he makes a full recovery.
I see it as a draw at the very least. Cov might have finally won a game but they are still dire overall. There might be aspects of the our game that are weak/inconsistent but overall we've been playing well enough not too lose at the Ricoh.
Overall happy - it could be much much worse.
I really hope we can sort this discipline thing out though - over 50 yellow cards now and players missing due to bans.
I also hope we can sort out some help for CMS.
Loads of so called Christian festivals and beliefs are a rehash of some pagan celebrations/customs/beliefs. Harvest festivals, lent, worship of the madonna, Valentines day - saints' day in general for that matter, the cross and fish symbols, Easter etc. etc. As far as my knowledge of the Bible...
I have a lot of goodwill towards Piglets and have been generally really impressed but things seem to be getting worse.
Two games in a row now I have waited in a queue (East Stand) for 15 mins from around 2:30 only to find no steak or chicken pies left or hot choccie. Yesterday it looked like...
