Good running from the Bobkin. Building up for September's Weakest Link Relays.
After missing Monday's 800m with the hammy I had 3 days with Covid symptoms but tested negative every day. Better yesterday. Spent the time strengthening the hamstrings.
Today set off to the Prom...
I'd been a couple of times by car and that flat approach for miles and miles makes the drop incredible. On the third trip we got the last two of daily restricted tickets to walk down to the bottom and back.
Being October it was cool up top but sleeping in a tent next to the Colorado was warm...
I would do that with Harvey's Best but it would fail the stipulated 5% strength. Lager too fizzy and 5% bitter a bit heavy. Any suggestions? Fuller's ESB could be messy.
I watched last September's Palace game in Aaron's home town of Oranmore. Everyone seemed to know him and had great respect for him. Hope it goes well for him and that he doesn't end up with a Jimmy 5 Bellies as a mate out there.

Set off at the back of the pack built up pace...

Turning up on my doorstep and getting an AG of 83.33% with a magnificent time of 20:30. Excellent performance especially as it was a hot morning.
I have followed my new strategy of not stretching an injury for the first 3 days. It's now being gently stretched and I'm 80% confident.
Loved it in 1981 as a bummer on undeveloped beaches in Phuket! and Koh Sammet. It still has a charm despite being overcrowded.
Avoid a nail and foot massage at the same time.
Glad you're enjoying it. I've avoided club track sessions this summer as being behind on fitness meant I was likely to overdo it. Went to Withdean yesterday at 1pm and coming down the hill heard a starter pistol shot. A sports day had been rescheduled due to the heatwave. Went home for 2 hours...
