Nope - You are looking at the figures for undocumented persons -https://jcwi.org.uk/resource/who-are-the-uks-undocumented-population/ The figures are for the estimated numbers in the UK at the moment not anually.
From the website linked here are their suggestions for dealing with these...
There isn't mass illegal immigration!
You can argue that immigration as a whole is too high but illegal immigration (undocumented persons sits at between 400,000 and 1.2 million depending on your source - obviously as they are in documented it is hard to count them.
Perhaps you are...
They need someone to factually articulate those grievences so the rest of us can understand. Using like logic and evidence and stuff.

Anyway 70/30% saying yes he should take some responsibility for the riots.
In a sympathetic paper too.

I found this guy talking about being able to get 2200 a week in bills for students and 1400 per week excluding bills from Serco.
I'll be interested to see the figures you are working off but i doubt this is pushing the market up...
Of course, so what are the figures paid to landlords for their rooms and how do they compare with local rental rates.
I was going to suggest that they would be paid lower than the going rate. Then @Jim in the West pointed out that the Tories set up the contracts with Serco and Serco enjoyed...
So those with legitimate concerns will be happy with numbers falling. Less students and people working in social care. It doesn't sound good for institutions that rely on them.
