I think the better question is, which players are definite starters when everyone is fit? The answer would be Dunk, Caicedo, Gross and probably Lallana. You could make a case for rotation of any other player in the squad and it's a lovely predicament to be in.

Most the problem comes from people not realising there is a difference between gender and sex. I was also one of these people until I took five minutes to understand it. Now I'm not confused and I think gender fluidity is completely normal.
