Afternoon!
We've got a couple of outdoor jobs that need doing - a front path to be paved, and we need some decking with steps and a ramp in the back garden.
We're in Hangleton - anyone got a builder or landscaper they'd recommend so we can ask them for a quote?
Thanks in advance!
Excellent from England in their reply - so glad I was wrong with my pessimism yesterday! Looking good today for getting past the follow-on target in this mornings session  and with Beaumont and Sciver-Brunt looking very steady and set we should get very close to Australias target today :)
Australia fully in control at lunch on day 2 on 439 - 8. Wouldn't surprise me if they declared over lunch. Going to be hard for England to win from this position
Yep, most contracts are 1 year, or even only to the end of the season if signed after the season has started. It is starting to change with 2 year contracts coming in, and occasionally longer but I've not heard of many.
Of the ones that are leaving, 3 are at the end of their top flight...
With the final match of the season coming up on Saturday, and with survival in the WSL confirmed we are now starting to hear about those players who will be leaving the Womens team this summer.
Heard about Victoria Williams last evening, but also joining her in leaving the club are Kayleigh...
There are logistical and financial challenges for having a double header at the Amex, though Spurs are doing that at their stadium on the 20th May so it can be done.
We were supposed to have 2 Womens matches at the Amex this season, but one was postponed due to the queen dying and the...
She does seem to have made the team more settled and starting to get them organised, helped by the work Merricks did before she came on board.
The result yesterday does virtually guarantee we'll still be in the Super League next season as I can't see Reading beating both Spurs and Chelsea in...
Update - they gave me a new link which didn't work any better (Google still told me it was already in my Wallet). However I got it back by clicking Remove and then Add on the screen where Google said it was already in my Wallet. Phew!
Very good first half as we harried them and attacked a lot more and deserved leading at halftime. Faded a bit in the second half as we tired and Everton really came at us, not helped by long delay due to the linesman change and the rapidly dropping temperature. Really cold watching by the end...
Shame about the result but so glad I went as we played much better and gave it a bloody good go. Utd thought they were going to have a walk in the park but we kept fighting right to the end.
Shouted myself hoarse but so glad I went, and had some good banter with most of the fans around us.
If...
I'm making the trek this Saturday to see the Womens team against Manchester Utd more in hope than any expectation given our form this season and our relative league positions but hey anything can happen in football - or maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment!! We lie bottom of the league...
