Up 1.5lbs from last weigh-in to 12st 2lbs, but thats not too bad considering just had a long weekend away with good fun and not enough exercise.

Its a tiled concrete floor, but think it might be a bit unevenly done by previous owners. Have tried moving to different spots in same room but same problem so will try different room tomorrow.

Todays reading is 12st 3lbs so no change from the start. Even though I have my scales in the same place my weight seems to be oscillating between 12st 0lbs and 12st 3lbs. I have started cutting down on snacks though so hopefully weight will start to come down
