End of freedom of movement is gut-wrenching. Already caused me untold amount of stress and out my relationship at risk attempting to make decisions with Brexit and COVID. But yeah ‘sovereignty’ and 25% of fish. Well done folks
We need two or three attacking players in jan to stand a chance. That’s the main positive I can find in all of this, there’s half a season and a transfer window to fix a quite obvious problem, at least this isn’t happening in April/May
Too many poor individuals not cut out for this level, and unfortunately Potter is trying to play a system which we don’t have the players for. Tonight the most obvious example. Take out Lamptey and we have ZERO threat
Refs make mistakes, VAR hasn’t changed that. What tangible benefit is there for the ref to give Southampton the win? Sorry but it just sounds childish. I’m a diehard Brighton fan and can quite easily see how is been given, doesn’t mean I’m right, it’s all about opinions, but it doesn’t mean...
The initial contact was certainly outside the box, just as certain as it was not that contact that the foul was awarded for but for the contact on the leg which occurred either on the line or just outside. It was soft, it was silly but corrupt? Have a day off
The contact which brought him down was on the line. But that’s besides the point; why would the refs, the Prem or the FA favour Southampton over Brighton? Were they corrupt against Liverpool or Villa? Engage brain 🧠
What was corrupt? We didn’t deserve anything tonight as the tactics were wrong and the players turgid. It happens, we move on after a couple of decent results and a good run of games coming up. Nothing more, nothing less.
