Sorr, can't remember now.
It was on Freesat, up around the Select and True Crimes channels.
I've looked again on search but nothing coming up.
Maybe try Google?
Was the "F" for Farr?
I moved from Woodingdean to Saltdean in the 60's and the "Farr" boys from Woodingdean [The Toby] were acknowledged as the hardest. I recall a Jonny Farr being a nasty piece of work.
Saltdean's top-boy of the time was Bill Williams who had some agro with the Farr's - many...
Sorry folks - didn't mean to do a "fixtures".
Probably should have just posted the evidence picture I pulled from the iPlayer on to an existing thread.
It's quite well known that we struggle to break down the low-block.
Even harder to break down is when a black and gold bus is parked in the goal-mouth.
Here is graphic evidence of the Wolves 11-man bus.
No doubt they'd call it zonal defending but ELEVEN defenders within 12 yards of their own...
Word to the wise ....
If you're taking an Inkjet printer, make sure you carry it in your hand luggage as otherwise the ink will freeze if it goes in the aircraft's hold.
Iced-ink will not be pleasant and disappointment will ensue ....
Anyone else been watching "Russia's wars" series on TV. Starts off way back with Peter the Great and works all the way up to Putin and Ukraine. Some good history in there, worth a watch.
I'm 64 in 3 weeks ...
News like this pokes the reality button. Yet my old dad is 97 this year. I guess life is one big lottery.
RIP Dave Myers - bikers brigade
I first met Tony at Bramall Lane in 2005 [we won 2-1] in the Championship.
He was a kind and friendly sole - introduced me to @Yorkie and his wife Rose too IIRC
Regarding his Avatar - he told me they were his girlfriends - don't tell the missus ....
Sad to lose another member of the NSC...
I've never watched a live game on iPlayer before.
Presume it's just like a stream but without adverts and buffering.
I suspect the 30 second delay will only be an issue for the purists who like to watch TV visuals in sync with radio comms from Jonny and Warren
Did I see somewhere that Wolves...
When I went to Cuba a good while back, while I was there I got talking to a local.
One of the many things he shared was their National Service policy.
1 year compulsory at 17/18 - if you then go on to do a 2nd year voluntarily, you get the option to go on to university after.
Had my annual review with my IFA [pensions / tax / investments - no mortgage] last week.
Mentioned Mrs SS had £10k of PBs and not won anything for 3 months in a row now.
He suggested selling them all and then buying them back again a month later, maybe even in my name.
He caveated, don't know...
Okay, lets get this thread back on track.
Anyone know where the "freezer-truck gang" are now?
1. Still in hospital?
2. Being accommodated in a UK hotel somewhere?
3. On the boat back / returned to France?
4. Awaiting a boarding pass for a flight to Rwanda?
5. None of the above ....
No need for...
I watched a TV programme last night. Documentary from a journalist inserted alongside the Russian army, close and right up to the front line. Poor bloke was scared out of his wits.
Highlighted (to me) that war is truly dreadful / horrific. But the mindset of the Russian soldiers was telling...
