I see Hinshelwood, Rico Lewis and Archie Gray as modern players who can play 2-3 positions. Versatile.
They're teenagers who have more senior players ahead of them in midfield. They could all play CM eventually.
Yeah, he's still ony 19.
Two PL2 games would help him. Maybe an EFL Trophy game as well.
He'll need a few 10 minute cameos at the end of Brighton games if winning.
Yeah, they produced a very good crop recently.

Rarely keep them though. Good money made from some of them.
He's only 31. And he's only been managing at a reasonably high level for just under 2 years. He has time on his side.
If he has ambitions of managing the likes of Bayern/Dortmund, 3 years at Brighton would be the perfect environment for him to learn. Beneficial to him and Brighton.
It's still...
He played very well vs Estonia. Unlucky (post) not to score.
Sweden have the makings of a very good team. Hien (25), Ayari (20), Bergvall (18), Larsson (20) Nanasi (22), Elanga (22), Kulusevski (24), Isak (24) and Györekes (26).
Wouldn't call it noncompetitive. 3 teams going for the title most seasons. Braga and Vitória S.C. are decent also.
Some players just develop later than others.
Lewandowski barely played for Poland at any level until he was 20. Then blew up.
Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink also. Struggled in his...
Gyökeres is probably the only major example of Brighton dropping the ball.
Probably didn't expect him to become this good after his double loan at Swansea and Coventry only yielded 4 goals from 31 games.
One of our (Ireland's) biggest disappointments in recent years. That brace as a 19 year old... and now scrambling for a club at 24.
He's still got Championship quality, as seen by his stint at Hull. But his off the pitch lifestyle is an issue.
He has a lot of physical development still to do.
On the ball, he's very tidy. But was dribbled past 6 times vs Azerbaijan, and only won 2/11 ground duels.
He needs to play with a holding midfielder if he's playing in a 4-2-3-1 system.
Hopefully zie German doesn't over-train them.
Milner and Veltman both picked up thigh injuries vs Arsenal. Two of the older players in the squad, so would be more prone to injury if they are worked hard.
Wieffer is also injured.
It's a fairly big squad. It should be able to cope with a PL...
You have to take the good with the bad with some of the more attack minded full-backs.
He was so explosive and dynamic for Chelsea and for Brighton before that initial hamstring injury.
TAA can be a liability defensively at times for Liverpool. But when he's on his game, he's such an...
I don't think Veltman or Lamptey are good enough for a top 4 team. Not as starters.
Lamptey had serious potential at one point, but his muscular issues have held him back. Knee also.
Hinshelwood will surely play centrally long term.
Adopting a system similar to Pep's would allow Brighton to play with two central players in the final 3rd.
Enciso and Gruda can also play the two advanced central positions in this system. O'Riley too.
Something worth trying vs weaker opponents.
Welbeck...
