Correct. I log all this in a spreadsheet for some reason. Tier 2/3 for Everton, Arsenal and Chelsea is 223 and 206 for all 3 games respectively. The top tier has varied between 257/263 presumably due to slightly Lower/higher ticket allocations at each of the 3 grounds.

I strongly suspect not. Which is a real pisser as that makes the difference between my lad being in Tier 3/4 and probably not getting a ticket.
