Remembering that lots of that weight change isn't the food miraculously turning into body fat. You may have drunk more fluids, perhaps later in the day. Weight can be volatile day to day.
So don't give up. You had a big day, but today needn't be. Just a thought, don't measure calories. Just...

I have not started well. Long, physical day working on our house, so we had a curry for supper. But twice today I nearly bought a Galaxy bar and twice I had you guys in my head and I deferred.
16st 4lb this morning. So my personal target for November is 15st 11lb (though eventually, I'd like to get back to 15st).
I'll post my weight each day but if you'd rather post weekly, that's great. If you'd rather not share your start weight, that's cool.

I target a loss of 1 to 2 pounds as well and know I can do that, hence 7lbs.
We loved Brooklands as kids. Spent all day there. Took a picnic. Tore our swimming trunks on the concrete pools (were there water slides??). Marvelous.
Once drove out to Worthing with a friend and a large video camera and interviewed people about Jaque Cousteau, who we claimed was moored off the beach. Most enjoyable day.

Look at the ingredients. Real bread has very very few.
No1 Sourdough: Wheat flour, wheat semolina, rye flour, wholemeal wheat flour, rapeseed oil, water, and salt
I'd say not UPF. Though if you can find it, buy real sourdough from a real baker.
