People around me wetting themselves, so clearly some folks liked it.
Bread is one of my biggies. Amazing bakery in the town and I can't resist. Slathered in home made peanut butter (justified because of the protein).
Bread, and buns, and sweets of course.
We'll kick off officially on Friday Nov 1st. So no starting weights until then please.

The main thing (for me anyway ) will be to look for some accountability. It suits me to weigh each day - even though there can be volatility - because of the discipline of doing so.

Ran the Bournemouth Half a couple of weeks ago. Had flu and felt like vomiting the whole way round. But lots of shouts for Brighton/Seagulls as I dragged myself round in 2:07 in my Albion shirt.
