As a former member of Police staff for 23 years until 2022, most years there was no pay rise at all. Some years we had 1%,, a couple of years in the early 00s we got 2.5% and I think we had 2.75% spread out over 2 years a couple of years ago... so i'm chuffed to bits that my former colleagues...

Same as (well 36 years as it goes), and I know it's a thing... but there are a few clubs who actually are on a Home / Away rotation for the first few weeks, so it's (selfishly) annoying that we're not.

Still annoyed at two back-to-back home games at the end of August, which means I miss both because I’m abroad. Why can’t it just be Home / Away rotation until postponements make it impossible?
