Almost identical situation to me, except they signed me up to the shake diet and i ended up on a 'lose weight before surgery' course and not a shake in sight, so knocked that on the head. Lost 1 stone since May then had to have our family pet put to sleep which knocked me more than i thought it...

Opposite for me, i work 10-12 hours a day at a desk mon-fri and weekends is when i get to move and burn more calories ;)

I was diagnosed as diabetic earlier in the year and am trying to put it in regression by exercise and Diet, so something like this could help spur me on a bit, I'm in. But will only weigh in on a monday :)

Doesn't DeZerbi have a history of not sticking around more than a couple of years, in 11 years he has had 7 clubs as manager. Maybe despite the success he is a difficult to manage behind the scenes or just gets itchy feet, we'll never know, wish him all the best but not overly surprised!
