[Albion] How close is this squad to being top 4?

The Man City odds are those that Star Lizard would find acceptable and put a few £Million on to gain pennies. But in placing those few £million you also have to take into account that Man City may not even be in the EPL come May '25.

[Albion] How close is this squad to being top 4?

At this time of the season I ask only one thing Finish above Palace having beaten them twice. After that, Europe would be another dream come true.

The train system in the US is massive BUT they prioritise cargo over people. Any passenger train has to give way to a freight train, and as they take 30 minutes to pass by it puts the passenger train well behind.

[Brighton] Dr Beeching 50 years on.

Looking at the Barca to Madrid line, there are 4 companies running high speed trains all competing with each other on not only price but service as well. Obviously the London - Brighton line runs at full capacity so adding extra trains is a no no. But imagine 4 companies running trains on that...

[Brighton] Dr Beeching 50 years on.

France are years ahead of us regarding building the high speed lines. They also have a lot more space in which to build them. They've also banned local flights. I've got 2 tickets Paris to Barcelona in October for under £200. Both stations are city centre so no leaving for the airport 3 hours...

[Brighton] Dr Beeching 50 years on.

Back in the day trains were making huge losses with many of the small country lines hardly being used. His job was to make it profitable, which he done. Living in Uckfield we still have half our line, one track going to London every hour that takes 1.5 hours to London Bridge. And I'm sure it...

    [Albion] New Amex entrance numbering

As I went to the Villareal game I can tell you that I used the West 3 entrance despite my ticket saying West 5. No way I'm walking the length of the west to get into the furthest entrance to where I approach the ground. My ST shows a different entrance to the one I use. If they say I have to...

    [Albion] Newcastle away travel

They say that the fixture list is purely random. And yet I take my holidays to match the 'international break' plus an away game which, in October, always seems to be Newcastle away.

    [Misc] o/t Delivery to Germany

Cat flaps have a thingy that can be turned to open out only thus stopping cats and foxes getting in. Our cat knows he cant get back in and so on winter nights refuses to leave until we are up to let him back in.

You forget. It was the Goldstone in the days before mobile phones and print at home. Bet the crowd was at least 25K plus all the kids who went under the turnstiles.

    [Football] Chelsea moaning about PSR

Did I hear right (5Live)? Chelsea don't have enough academy players to fulfill the Europa Conference League rules which starts Thursday 22 August. You must have 4 in the squad.

[Music] Reasonble punishment for anyone playing or singing a long with "Freed from Desire"?

Back in the day, very early 90's DJing in Magalluf, I would play a certain song every 30 minutes. The pub clientel expected it whilst the bar staff grabbed plastic trumpets and put on a show. I worked for 8 hours a night, 8 months a year for 5 years. Total of nearly 4000 plays. This is the...

    [Albion] Perfect stadium size

The Europa games popped up on YouTube a couple of days ago. Unbelievable that the Roma game had loads of empty seats. So when did we really sell out a game?

    [Albion] Crawley tickets

So much for naming each person. I took ages with the same error message naming my guest, who is on my F&F list, as the fault. When I put two tickets in my name it worked.

    [Albion] Crawley tickets

With Crawley getting only 3100 I'd say no. Don't they get 15% but is that 15% of capacity (31000/4500) or 15% of the stands that are open (22000/3100)
