Having done a lot of it myself over the last couple of years I would quite like to be visiting an office a couple of times a week to regain a bit of structure and separate home and professional life (depending on how far you live from the office and what you do might effect how often you need to...
The one element that apparently makes the big difference is people working from home.
Covid passes should be used as a tool to encourage vaccine take up.
My pet theory is compliance is higher in areas with Labour MPs. Certainly if you get a train from Worthing to Brighton or London people getting on at Hove or near London are much more likely to have a mask on.
Personally I think keeping face masks until Spring wouldn't have been that big an ask but as they aren't being enforced at the moment I am not sure it is going to make too much difference. I always did put one on to go into a shop and will continue to do so but some people won't do it full...
I think anyone still denying face masks reduce onwards infections isn't going to be persuaded otherwise now, although how anyone can argue with the logic of a barrier appearing between two people partially stopping particles transferring is beyond me. Like vaccines and social distancing they...
No, the First Minister of Wales made attempts to secure the best deal for the Welsh people who vote for him, no the English people who don't. As opposed to Boris Johnson who decided to ignore the lockdown rules he was telling the rest of the country to obey and in doing so insult every single...
We are unusual that Medical Care comes out of general taxation. If you have to pay medical insurance like in the US I imagine your premiums will rocket if you aren't vaccinated.
Bit unfair to mark players of old down for their fitness as if they were around today they would have had access to the same training as today's players.
Again, I am not sure the First Minister of Wales pushing for a good deal for Wales is that surprising. Raising tax in Wales probably wouldn't be too popular.
Politics, dear boy.
Estimated infection rates round the UK as of 7/1:
England; 1 in 15 people
Scotland: 1 in 20 people
Source: Office for National Statistics
If the intention was to keep infections down then Scotland has, as of last week at least, done a better job than England. There is an argument to be had...
I think part of the problem is, certainly internationally, different things work in different countries and Covid does seem to find a way eventually and the best you can do is slow it up - which broadly speaking we did well this time to allow booster shots.
In between work. Which hasn't been helped by the uncertainty round restrictions, just to prove I do see both sides of the debate.
I am the first to say it is looking a lot better. Not directed towards anyone here but we need to keep the tools in place that have allowed this such as booster...
So Drakeford does something you disagree with then it his fault but if he does something you agree with it is due to Boris Johnson? Got it.
As the Six Nations is about a month away I am sure they will decide nearer the time.
For one thing the government flying a kite in the Sunday press that free tests might stop. There is a constant picking at the data on here although not when it doesn't suit their argument. Funny that, it isn't?
Apologies, I didn't realise you were so passionate about night clubs in the Principality.
The Welsh government made a decision to do it to reduce face to face contact. Do you really believe it wasn't seriously considered in England? I am not here to defend the Welsh Government but they made a...
