It’s been a while since I sold tickets on there but I did for the Arsenal game. I noticed that the admin fee is now a whopping 10%, so for two tickets and parking that’s £13.50! I’m sure it just used to be £1 per ticket, it must have changed without me noticing.
I know there are bigger issues...
1979 I remember really well with homes against Charlton and Bristol Rovers on Good Friday/Easter Monday and Cardiff away on the Saturday. 33k at each of the home games I recall.
I was at that final!
I did a round the world backpacking trip in the 90s, liked it so much that I found a job that sent me around the world 70% of the time for 4 years staying in nice hotels and forgetting what the winter was like! And met my missus doing that job too!
Back in time for...
I’m heading out for some of the Lions tour next year (just got the flights to sort out) and hope to get to some AFL when I’m there. They seem to be playing a lot in the Marvel Stadium now? Last time I went, a few years ago, I saw it at the MCG in the days when they let you kick a ball around...
It still says on the tickets page that the on sale date for Chelsea is tomorrow, but am I right to assume that they won’t be on sale until the new fixture date has been announced?
I bought it, arrived today. The list of contributors is staggering really. I like it but I think my Newcastle season ticket holding niece will like it more than I do!

For those who think we have zero chance, you can basically print your own money by putting a very large sum on Roma to go through. I’d give us a 10% chance, a puncher’s chance at best, but a chance.
For some bizarre reason, even though we are 4-0 down, I’m really looking forward to it. Zero or no expectation, nothing to lose, last European game for a while (maybe a long while) …..
You can’t really stop a chant, but you can remove a banner. Try putting one up at the Amex and see how long it stays there!
it reminds me of the 83 replay. In the first game there was a banner ‘Kevin Moran, a cut above the rest’. A couple of my friends had a banner ‘Norman Whiteside, a cu*t...
Whether or not you were offended by it because it referred to the Queen, which I guess was the intention, are you then saying it’s fine in the stadium to have banners about blow jobs etc? What is then acceptable and what is not? Shall we have them at the Amex too, maybe just in front of the...
