Head to head in the qualifiers was the deciding factor between Denmark and Slovenia, from what I’ve heard.

I heard that they both had the same points total in the qualifiers, Denmark and Slovenia were in the same qualifying group, but the Danes had a better head-to-head record and that is why they are second in Group D.

Just heard that it will be Netherlands. However if Slovenia are one of the best four 3rd placed teams, it will be the 3rd placed team from Group E.
