I don't think the new style of a high defensive line with slow defenders is going to work, especially against pacey attackers as we saw today. I'm fearing Tottenham and Newcastle.

I used to regard Lewis Dunk as a dependable defender but now I don't see him in the same light anymore. He is still a crucial team player, our captain, but I don't think he is as reliable as he used to be. Perhaps it's him or this new play style.

Graham Potter progressed Brighton with an entertaining, new style of football. That is partly why we sacked Chris Hughton who was too defensive and unexciting. Potter is significantly better than Southgate.
