I thought started first very well but it died out a bit at 20 and when they scored hut picked up again around 40 and second half was amazing

I’m going to ignore politics, when I’m asked to vote I will listen to what they say and vote - I’m staying a million miles from us politics, not my problem, nothing I can do about it. My mental health can’t take this shit 😀

4.9lbs down in the week - pretty happy, main thing is I have been walking every day, no alcohol, and watching what I eat but I have still eaten too much crap. I haven't changed what I eat too drastically and it doesn't really feel like a diet at the moment, will see what happens this week.
