Down to 132 KG on the dot so 4.2 KG loss in November (so 9.2 LBS) - just put this down to cutting back alcohol, walking twice a day, no sweets - i've stopped counting calories and try and eat better (no upf etc) and it seems to be working - will continue and see how I get on
I have hope that they will, we need nhs waiting lists to come down and I believe they will.
If inflation stays low then they have a chance.
The thing i do know is that I’m very glad we still don’t have a rishi government - that would have been a disaster.

I decided to stop weighing everyday, went to a party Saturday which involved a lot of drink but skipped dinner to try and compensate, then also decided to stop eating sweets completely, kept walking twice a day and increased the pace slightly.
With all that I am starting to notice an ever so...
Struggled after last sunday - 30 units of alcohol and I worked out the calories as about 2000 so a days worth of food there and then, am back on track and 4.5 lbs down in total.
