Whatever you do don’t cut down your water/fluid intake. Water is good for so many things including feeling full up, keeping the vital organs working efficiently and staying hydrated and therefore better able to exercise. In fact the more water you drink, the less your body stores.
We’ve fallen into the trap posed by a typical lower standard opponent who try and turn the match into a fight, and try their hardest to play 11 against 10 via a red card.
Our wide players have been poor.
