Not in the least bit surprised. The days of giving anything away for free have long gone. I'm not suggesting the club don't value the supporters but getting people to pay for something trumps nice gestures every time in the commercial world we live in.

What about one that shows efficiency against poorer opposition. I suspect that would be the worst one. Coventry away, Donny away, Barnsley away, Forest away, Palace home & away... 4 points from possible 18. We need to be much better against the poorer teams to be pushing for top spots this...

OK - I checked up on that and there is indeed research on this. What is also interesting however is that this is still a generalisation based on averages and not the same as saying that any black person when compared with a white person of the same age and height will always have a higher bone...

This is nothing to do with race. Certain athletic prowess might have a genetic basis and there is no doubt that part of the abilities of any top sports person to perform at the highest level is down to physical attributes (e.g. Bolt's massive stride length, GP bike riders' sight and reactions...

It's not the "fast" lane. It's an overtaking lane. My view is the opposite - I think the sensible thing to do is queue in all available lanes and zip filter in turn. At the very least it stops all the fat heads who fancy themselves as policemen blocking lanes because they think (a) their way...

At least the BBC don't do that with Family Guy, American Dad or pretty much every other programme on BBC3.... Having said that I think the BBC is great value for money even if in my (albeit limited) experience the organisation has more than it's fair share of fatheads and deadwood.
