Oh and £10 for name printing on my vest was the best money I've ever spent, barely anyone around me had their name printed so it felt like the whole crowd was cheering just for me all the way round!

Rare trip to Hove Park parkrun for me this morning, managed my 2nd best parkrun time of 17:26 with a best ever age grading of 78.3% lovely conditions for running!

Had an amazing run today at the Surrey Half Marathon, 1:18:36 for a 2 minute PB.
So happy as I wasn't sure how the marathon training was going after a bit of stop/start at the beginning of the year due to colds and flu.

Went to watch Miami Heat a few years back and can pretty much echo everything above, definitely a bucket list activity to do at least once, preferred the ice hockey as a sporting event though.
