    [Finance] Housing Market

Currently selling ours but struggling to find somewhere to buy. Tempted to let the sale go through and rent for a bit although the disruption of multiple moves puts me off.

    [Help] Building Regs

It's a Mid terrace 70s house and the wall that was opened up was a stud wall which had a frosted pane of perspex in it, next to that was an old boiler cupboard which was also knocked through, so pretty confident it wasn't load bearing.

    [Help] Building Regs

Anyone on here know much about building regs? We're in the process of selling our house and the solicitors property questionnaire asks about works requiring building regs. Managed a SB 19:09 at Hove Park yesterday, pretty happy with that considering I'd hardly run for weeks due to some nasty virus. Luckily I should be back firing on all cylinders for the various XC races in the New Year.

Did that one a few years back, lovely park, definitely not flat though if I remember correctly! Short sharp hill I think.
