Well i disagree. Yesterday might have been his best game but he was very good in Athens, when we beat Marseille at the Amex, when we won a hard game v Brentford last Christmas time and I'm sure, plenty of others. He was however involved in the Roma and Luton debacles.
Basically, he's not a bad...
There was a bit of rewriting history about him when RDZ got the boot. He's always been alright. Capable of a blinder or a stinker. But he's a useful squad player.
Completely depends on the situation.
Being away and getting a gritty 1 0 win before a long journey home on the train is possibly the best feeling in football. However, smashing a team 5-0 on a Saturday at The Amex and having beers in the sun is an amazing feeling too.
Crikey sounds even worse reading that.
Good luck to him. My only worry is how soon it all is since the rehab, he's only 2 months in. A long way to go yet, hope he can do it.
Tbh it reads like you're shit scared of what our board think. Which is a sad indictment of what the FAB has become.
Also, you mention Bloom's running of the club but by Bloom's own admission, he has handed over the running of the club on a day to day basis. A lot of people like to forget that...
Lol. A team with Gaten Bong, Ali Jahanbaksh, Beram Kayal and Dale Stephens in the Premier League. Our fans were absolute bellends about it then. Those wins took us to 11th, until our entitled fanbase started demanding a more attacking team, Hughton wrongly changed formation and we fell apart...
Horse shit of course, those 3 wins came in October. We were expected to be in a relegation scrap then. 3 wins in a row and people moaned because we were winning without style. It's still mental looking back.
I stand by it. All in the past now but what sort of entitled fanbase moans about a team battling to stay up successfully grinding out clean sheets and wins!?
We've spent a few hundred million since then and thankfully most people see today for what it is, as it was then. A fantastic result in...
I f***ing loved today but I'm old enough to remember when our knobhead fanbase turned on Hughton for winning 1-0 like that 3 games in a row - including a very similar performance at St James' park.
Glad to see this game being rightly celebrated
There was also a lovely moment when he tried to take a throw that he absolutely knew was not ours. A great impression of a man who looked 'surprised' to see it had gone the other way. Funny.
I have so much time for the way Bart recovered from a terrible 20 mins. Never mind incredible defensive displays from Igor, Veltman, Hinsh, Ferdi, Pervis, Dunk, Ayari. Absolutely class.
Corrr, that was like a Chris Hughton masterclass. So many quality defensive displays and ruthless counter attack. Absolutely brilliant Albion.
Get well soon Danny!
Is it?
What about Safe Standing (albeit not at our club but pretty much every other one in the division)
Or the ridiculous idea to charge £15 PPV to watch tv games in lockdown which soon got canned.
Or the £30 away ticket cap.
Or the agreement on a notice period to give before moving TV...
