The Guvnor giving up his beer money that day will never arrive! Mind you he has told me he is sticking around for our FA Cup tie, and not travelling north to Goodison.
I hope you enjoyed your visit yesterday, (result apart of course!), we are quietly impressed with our surprising start to the season, a 5-0 demolition of Little Common in our first league game last Saturday, followed of course by or victory yesterday.

FA Cup football at Gorings Mead this afternoon for anyone interested. Our old adversaries Newhaven are the visitors for a 3pm kick-off.
Entry is £7 for adults with £5 for concessions, and kids are free.

Loxwood are something of an aggy side. That said lot's of money has been invested there this season, and they could fare well.

Last time l saw Jake he was wearing the stripes at Withdean.
A lovely place to watch football the Saffrons, particularly on a warm summer's day. I'll miss my trips there with YM, now Eastbourne Town have been promoted.
PM me your name and l may well know of you. Our Club President Ron Moulding almost certainly will, he has been involved at YM as a player and manager ever since Noah was a boy!
Our game this Saturday is in fact the first league game of the season, versus Little Common. The league starts...
Glad you managed to get down to see us at Gorings Mead, and many thanks for your top rated revue. The seat you were sitting on in our main stand, came staight out of the south stand at the Goldstone when it was demolished in 1997.
Just a shame we didn't get the chance to say hello, though l...
Possibly, he has done sort of ok at the Albion, but doesn't seem to be totally suited to the rigours of Premier League football. Consistency has been a problem
Plus of course he knows Serie A very well . . .
