Yes SB confirmed 21:25/70.58%. Great to break the 70% mark - first time in ages. Followed up with a PB of eight black bream- so that’s tonight’s tea sorted.

232 parkruns for me so the green shirt is in sight, 176 at Hove Park, the rest across 20 other courses favourites being Fountains Abbey and Brockenhurst. I also have the purple shirt for 25 Volunteer stints.
