I agree about this weekend, but I do think it will be the low-point in terms of performances and results. Every team will have a run like this. It's more surprising that we haven't really had one until now, however close we have been with last minute equalisers etc.
still can't get the picture to paste (will find the posts from those kind enough to explain numerous tmes before!) .. anyway, another 4, average 4.05!

I know what you mean. I understand that they are being asked the direct question and the situation can change, but I feel (Whether its backed up or not) that we always seem to be slower back than anticipated, rather than the other way around. Not suggesting it isn't discussed with the best...
Yep - was 15 and getting beers served there. It was run (I think) by a family who's son was underage himself but appeared to be working behind the bar. As someone else has said, the village local, in my case the Farmers in Scaynes Hill, where you were known, and an eye was kept on you.
It's not necessarily an accurate comparison, but difficulty/congestion leaving stadiums is not unusual, certainly as an "away" fan. Whether it be the horrible congestion trying to leave Anfield/Goodison/Old Trafford, the long walks and train queues at Spurs and West Ham the experience is no...
i think this will be the bottom of our current barrel - I've gone 3-0 Newcastle. However, we will re-group after this one.. would snap your hand off for a point..
It may of course be a different shape in and out of possession which is making it hard to define it one way or the other, so certainly not saying I was right but it was noticeable enough for me to assume a back 3 as a starting shape . I guess I saw Moder, not dissimilar to previous games looking...
I know I have seen the heat maps GB , but I still can't agree that we didn't set up to begin as a 3 at the back . I can concede that Villa deserved the win, but only on the basis that they scored (quite an important difference of course! ) not because we were un-done tactically by them, or...
Agreed, but it is also notoriously difficult to pick up 3 points if you concede daft goals when you are not a free-scoring side. My point s that our recent form or points haul is arguably as much to do with the absence of mistake-free defending as it is our ability to score goals. Our attacking...
Ha! I wont get drawn into the personal stuff, and I only read the footy related threads so not always a rounded-view of contributions!!! I don't mind well-argued points of view or perspectives of our club, whatever brings people here.
