I did mine OK yesterday. There was a new element about setting up an account, but that came at the end of the process, certainly beyond where you appear to be having issues. I use Google Chrome if that makes a difference.

It really doesn't read that way unless you want it to. It read t me as an example of what can impact a player when they are short on confidence - if you want it to. Its not an excuse, or THE reason or indeed anyone's fault. I agree with your first point about fans though - but we laugh at them...

Surely you can concede that when confidence is low, or pressure felt, then decision making can be more problematic? That's partly the thing about playing at home isn't it - the baying mob looking to influence decisions which I agree has minimal impact, until a player/referee/assistant referee...

it explicity means that, but only in the context that the players are short on confidence. He implicitly says, in my view, that the players need to deal with that - smething they are going through.
