You can't have been that strict. I'd have got a right hook off either parent if I'd dropped the f bomb in front of them.
However, that Narnia comment is gold. Or possibly drip. If drip can be commandeered and used in such a way.
Yeah, it's very easy to forget all the good things that have happened because our hopes and expectations were so high going into the season. I've had plenty of moments of feeling disappointed with how things have gone but I jsut have to keep reminding myself of the things that have gone well...
Am I right in thinking the last three winners have been Caicedo, Cucurella and White? If that's the case could we maybe vote for someone we don't mind not being here next season instead of Gross and Pedro?
Dahoud? That lad at Rangers? Someone like that.
Lovely post @Stato
Some people really have lost a bit of perspective.
I'd also like to add that while this season feels like it is petering out which can feel disappointing because it held so much promise we have nonetheless:
Spent a game week top of the entire football league - which is I...
Win all our remaining games and qualify for Europe again.
Failing that, Ferguson and Estupinian to get their mojo back, Pedro and Enciso to get fully fit and back in the groove by the end of the season and no set backs for March and Mitoma.
Also Buonanotte and Baleba to continue their upward...
You're softening your stance!
Previously you said he wasn't good enough for a top four team. Now he's only not quite good enough for man city.
Give it another six months and you'll be fully on board the Ally Mac love bus.
I think I might have completed the thread with this one...
You get Booker T and the M.Gs as well as Otis. What the van hecke more do you want?!
So sad that withing 6 months of this performance he was dead.:(
7-5 to Brentford.
3-0 down at half time with VB in goal. Steele comes on at half time, concedes 4 but we score 5 thanks to his silky ball playing skills. The keeper debate rumbles on.
RDZ says we didn't deserve to lose. Some fans scrutinise the sentence for hidden meaning and come to the...
One of several reasons why he reminds me of early bissouma. He used to do something outrageous followed by spanking a pass out of play or a shot at the corner flag.
When he irons out the flaws in his game he's going to be some player.
God this is a tough one.
The sheer exoticness of having a USSR international playing for us mere months after the fall of the Berlin wall was amazing. Even for 9 or 10 year old me. And he was fabulous for us before disappearing into the ether.
Then there was Ali J, the magnificently handsome...
So the chaos and disruption has been passed on to other clubs.
In terms of it being a minor gripe, I think that's actually most of my main point. It is minor but is being blown out of all proportion.
Yeah, it's been great from their end, they're in control of the narrative but it's unleashed endless speculation that has caused disruption and non stop stories around other clubs and other managers. He knew what he was doing, he could have informed his board he was leaving and then got on with...
I was thinking more of the emotional video he released, the day of interviews and the ongoing song and dance it has created. He might not be talking about it but it is the topic surrounding Liverpool. It is the narrative he has created.
How does De Zerbi straight bat it?
If he says he...
I know Harry. I was playing along with you! Unless you knew that and I've misread your post!
I would prefer it if he said nothing but he can't really win. The press keep asking him the same questions and keep talking about him for the Liverpool/Bayern/Barca/whoever job.
If he says...
