I'm similar to @CoolTed haven't been above 162 Heart rate for 15 years or so. Cadence 160-180. Without a chest strap the HR readings are not considered reliable.
You can check real HR to watch HR by counting pulse at your wrist (although at 201 you'd probably feel it bouncing your whole body)...
