Where have I singled out scooters and said that others two-wheelers should be excluded?

Likewise, I’m hoping they are made legal as i have one myself, but with provision for compulsory training, and registration. Hoping for insurance as well that can be included with existing motorcycle / car policy’s. Others to have personal liability cover.

Surely the fact that you didn't even understand, is it just you that needs educating?

So any cyclist or scooterist scratching a car whilst filtering should not be responsible for any damage?

If someone on a mobility scooter unfortunatly runs into you on the pavement which cause you a leg/ arm fracture do not feel you should be compensated for hospital visits, time of work ect. You are clearly a very forgiving and generous man. Who do you feel should burden the cost of damaged...

You don't think they should be insured for any damage they may cause? What would the're limit of responcibility be then?

Thats the issue i have I don't use my phone for Internet stuff, just email & communications, for browsing I only use a desktop, and as I only take hand luggage it's not easy to fit desktop and f+++ off big screen in there. When I go to wordle on the tablet it sees me as a new user
