A point gained of course but easily could have been 3. What an incredible performance. Absolutely stunned watching that, I cannot believe this is how we can play against arguably the best team in the world away from home. Just wow.
God, we really do have a lot of talent at the club nowadays, don't we?
However, anyone saying we don't need a striker - did you pay any attention at all last season?
I find it absolutely mind blowing that anyone can be anti abortion in the year 2021, and any man who thinks he should have any say in what a woman does with her own body needs to get a grip. Put it this way, to all the blokes who are opposing abortion in this thread - if the shoe was on the...
Not everyone has time to trawl through through hours of posts on a very vague/general topic most of which they care nothing about, I personally far prefer it when threads are started for specific talking points like how our own player played for Belgium.
What an utterly mental shout. One is a 25 year old who scored 2 in the 2019 champions league semi final against Barcelona, the other (whilst undoubtedly a legend) is a 36 year old who can barely walk.
Awful commentator. His lack of any kind of reaction when major things happen a game is almost unbelievable at times, I couldn't even tell Van Dijk's header against Leeds had gone in until about 5 seconds after the fact with his lack of any kind of enthusiasm paired with a lack of fans to...
This says it all to me. When thinking back on Solly's rare glipses of magic, you have to refer back to a goal he scored in a friendly against Norwich in 2013. He had great potential but I'm not convinced he's got any better since he was about 19/20. I don't mind him at LWB but as a forward...
March is nowhere near good enough, recognising this does not equate to "not knowing your stuff". I cannot understand what anyone sees in him. Decent in the championship to be fair to him, which is without a doubt the level he should be playing at.
We've moved on from prioritising staying in the league now, the aim now is mid table. I personally wouldn't want Brewster on loan as I don't see the point in loaning anyone unless there's an option to buy whilst we're in the prem, and there definitely wouldn't be with him.
To be honest I'd be worried if we were holding onto players like Glenn when they're clearly past their best. They use up wages and squad positions that would be far better placed elsewhere if we want to progress. That squad will always be legendary but it certainly doesn't upset me to see them...
