[Football] The Non-League Football Thread- 2023/24 Edition

Sorry for the delay but I visited Chichester City's Oaklands Park for their Isthmian League South East clash with Beckenham Town on Saturday. Whilst it was still freezing cold, it was a lovely day. I got the train and took in a couple of fine Chichester watering holes on the way. The ground is...

[Brighton] Abandoned areas of the King Alfred

I just remember the KA bowling alley being very old school. Even down to players having to write down their own scores with a PENCIL then the Marina opened and it was all automatic and felt so modern that it simply BLEW everyone's MINDS

[Brighton] Abandoned areas of the King Alfred

I had my, I think 7th or 8th birthday party at the bowling alley which would have been 1993 or 1994 so it lasted until at least then. I think it carried on for a few years but died almost immediately after the Marina one was built (early 00's?) the lazer thing lasted a little bit longer

incredible stuff. I went to both the bowling alley and the laser place (was it called "Megazone"?) It must be such a big premises to have housed both, mad that it's been left empty for what, 20 years?

I do think Paul has perhaps shot his load by going overboard with his reactions last night. He's still got a significant amount of eyes on him Miles needed to shift focus away from it being a drink based killing. They all just (rightly) got focused on that. He needed to get people believing...

[Football] The Non-League Football Thread- 2023/24 Edition

Like many games last night, my intended destination of Littlehampton Town was a victim to the elements so I ended up at the Peter Bentley Cup tie between two SCFL Premier League sides Steyning Town and AFC Uckfield Town. Steyning are, of course, a fine club. Definite community feel and everyone...

yes I've been known to watch Bluey on my own and I'm in no way ashamed of that. Bandit is one of the greatest examples of modern masculinity in my opinion. Emotionally and practically available for his kids and wife but still firmly one of the lads

pondering how far you'd get with this tactic as a traitor completely come clean to one faithful in private be like "hi Dave....do you know what? I killed Sharon last night, and guess what, I f***ing loved every second of it" then spend the whole day discrediting Dave. Being like "Dave's being...

[Albion] EFL Trophy Quarter Final - Amex, Tuesday 9th January ko 7pm

in a wretched season we had 1 ray of hope, that we'd somehow got quite far in this noddy competition. We played Luton who were relegated from the football league that year (albeit with a massive points deduction) Drew the first leg 0-0 at Withdean. In the early stages of the 2nd leg, a...
