[Albion] Away Ticket Allocation - Your Thoughts

I’ve been Albion+ this season, will be a ST holder next season. The plan is to work our way up to be able to go to some of the closer away games. I’m happy with the current system: we know what we have to do to be able to go to those games and - over a few years - that’s what we’re working...

    [Football] Toxic Male Aggression

This sort of things happens all the time in the mens game, though - managers getting angry and refusing the shake the hands of their fellow managers....

[Misc] Have you ever discharged a firearm?

Thought there might be more in the "never" category with me. Guess I'm for it when the apocalypse comes.

[Technology] What is the most impressive thing you have seen AI do?

In the field I work in, if you ask AI for a high level summary or to do reading comprehension it's great. If you ask specifics and details it is only any good if it has been specifically training on the right level of depth on the correct data. What matters is that training. While there is no...

    [Football] City game replay...

The game is now on Thursday the 25th, but it might not be: https://www.brightonandhovealbion.com/news/3939689/premier-league-matches-moved-in-april/ I can't go on the 25th, but I can on the 24th. I guess - if City get to the semi-final - that it's 50/50 if they play on the Tuesday or Wednesday...

[Albion] Record season ticket renewals (again)

I bought our first new shiny season tickets this morning. There was a reasonable amount of choice - but mostly near the near/pitch rain zone or the haunted area (E1H). As we were buying we wondered what characters from the “unbearable neighbour” thread we’d soon be seeing close up.

[Albion] Burnley away tickets next week

I’m hoping to go, so if STH can not buy all the tickets that would be helpful.

[Albion] That was a red wasn’t it?

Live I thought it was a yellow. I suspect replays will make it look worse.

[Albion] Forest - what to do?

Forest are surely coming to come out attacking against us: they know we’ll be fragile and that an early goal might turn the crowd a bit (at least everyone will groan and say “not again”). So a team that can counter that early on is the priority, then attacking.

Looking forward to Sunday… be great to be at the Amex again!

[Albion] AS Roma vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

In retrospect, buying Seagulls Travel for the home leg in case it went to extra time seems to have been a tad ambitious. Oh well, let’s hope we can play a decent match anyway.

[Albion] Roma tickets - number remaining tier to tier

I think there will be quite a lot. I’m at 250, but also not going - too expensive in money/time.

[Football] Chelsea v Leeds - who do you want to win?

I like that half the people in the poll just went for Leeds without even reading the third option. Be lovely to see Chelsea lose again…

Absolutely prefer a Liverpool win; be happy with a humiliation for Chelsea. And I'm still sore they beat us on the way.

    [Music] Moby - Play

Really loved Everything is Wrong back in 1995; only caught up with the later stuff - some of which is very good, some of which is meh - after it was on all the adverts. I like some of the things he's done more recently too (probably now a while ago): Last Night, some of Innocents.

Nice to see Chelsea losing; I’m not paying attention to who they’re playing.
