I think now we've all calmed down a bit, we need to have a little chat about Ferguson.
Clearly low in confidence at the moment, he was anonymous and ineffectual yesterday, forcing a substitution.
We know there's a quality player in there. A natural goalscorer. He's only 20 - but at the moment...
He's proven on the international stage that he's a top keeper. Confidence was never the issue.
His distribution is noticeably improving all the time.
Will surely end up being the Albion's best ever keeper.
Amazing depth. RDZ used to rotate the squad obsessively in order to keep them fit throughout the season. Hurzeler has the luxury of so many quality players, he can go with the strongest team on the day - while resting players as and when they need it. A lot like how top 6 clubs do.
Bart's thread doesn't get bounces too often, but it deserves one today.
A couple of cracking saves to keep us in it - aerially dominant in his area. Surely wouldn't have come away with three points without him today.
Super Bart Verbruggen!
Georginio needs another shout out.
Another great assist today.
He has absolute skillz on the ball. Lovely to watch. He's only going to get better.
The next Thierry Henry. There, I said it.
Keep an eye on his thread on the Leicester forum. They consider him their best player by some margin.
This is probably a masterclass loan spell initiated by the club, unless it turns out he's so good this season that it's something we're missing.
Worst case scenario - It's trebling his value...
Excellent win! Delighted!
All things considered, it was fully deserved. We absorbed their pressure in the first half - with a bit of luck, coupled with their poor finishing and some great saves from Verbruggen.
2nd half was very even - arguably we were better and with the better chances. We...
Terrible first half.. or was it? We probably don't deserve to be leading... or do we?
Newcastle dominated most of the half, at least until the goal. We were sitting back, absorbing pressure, almost inviting them to attack to get them on the break, which we did on the first attempt.
We clearly...
The absolute key to a better society and civilisation is to bridge the gap between the wealthiest and the poorest.
Nobody needs extreme wealth. I have no issue with people being stupidly wealthy, but being unimaginably rich, more often than not, is not right and it's not fair... I'm not saying...
Time for a wealth tax.
Nobody should be worth 8 figures or more and be subjected to more or less the same taxes as the rest of us.
Leave high earners alone though (£100k-£200kers), as they provide crucial skills in society and the economy and they already pay enough tax.
You really can't help yourself can you. Just chill out FFS. It's not difficult to build positive relationships with strangers - just stop being an antagonistic dick all of the time. In a role of authority, just pretend to be a nice person, at the very least. A key part of that is not...
Why do you continually and relentlessly antagonise people that you disagree with on here?
You're a moderator - this is the most popular Albion website and in many ways represents the club that we all love. You should restrain yourself and behave in a somewhat professional manner... or just give...
Worthing are probably my "second club" - yes it's okay to have a second club, particularly to get that non-league fix... been following them for a few years now, love the occasional Albion link.
Would like to see a home tie to a big but beatable club, like Bolton or Birmingham... Or a winnable...
