[Albion] Referee Sunny Sukhvir Gill (v Sheffield United)

Nah just an unblinkered Albion fan who says it as I see it . Just want our players to be honest without throwing themselves on the floor. Our players antics are far worse under RDZ than they were under Potter - why’s that? Foreign manager?

Not denying there’s contact - just want players to stay on their feet . I referee myself and even at grass roots level you see players going down too easy. It can’t be a foul / penalty every time there’s contact .

[Albion] Who will leave us in the summer

Hope you’re right. But Everton are a bigger club than us and have shown how it can all go badly wrong .

[Albion] Who will leave us in the summer

Salad days precisely. I still remember us languishing in the lower divisions playing the likes of Rotherham and Grimsby

Agree . Why would you turn down Liverpool? We’re punching well above our weight. Next year’s going to be a much tougher PL and we’ll do well to get a top half finish.

Cmon even the most ardent Albion fan must be embarrassed by the Pedro dive - I know I was. Stay on yer feet man

[Albion] Who will leave us in the summer

My biggest fear is RDZ going to Liverpool and taking some of our better players with him. If he does go - who should replace him?

[Albion] Referee Sunny Sukhvir Gill (v Sheffield United)

I’m not even certain his hand was above his head . Not in a unnatural position as he’s jumping after a corner - imagine how stupid it’d look if every defender had to jump with their hands down- think penguins

[Albion] Referee Sunny Sukhvir Gill (v Sheffield United)

Maybe they should introduce short corners like in Hockey . Penalties are too game changing . Everytime Albion concede a corner now my heart is in my mouth wondering what the prat on the VAR monitor has seen. I really thought Dunk was going to get penalised. Agree with you that proximity has to...

[Albion] Referee Sunny Sukhvir Gill (v Sheffield United)

Nice to see Sunny Gill hasn’t a monopoly on giving ridiculous penalty decisions. How did Chris Kavanagh and Paul Tierney come to a decision that it was a penalty to Sheffield United when the Luton player wasn’t even looking at the ball - and no Sheffield player appealed. And then makes an even...

Get Pedro back and we’re a different team. Definitely get into Europe

Haha , just worked out what you’re on about - Chris Wilder’s boys picked up a win at Luton. We’ll hammer them on 18th, even without the help of Sunny Gill

Don’t start that again Seagull 58. You stay in the Algarve. Just cos I’m not gushing over every Albion performance doesn’t make me a Palace fan

We’ve got Sheffield Utd on 18th . Hope we get Sunny Gill again. He’s pants but at least he likes us

Why are we losing so many away from home this season? Has to be a mentality issue

[Albion] Why has RDZ not signed a new contract yet?

Waiting for Poch to be sacked by Chelsea and then he’ll throw his hat in the ring is my guess on why RDZ not extended his contract

[Albion] Referee Sunny Sukhvir Gill (v Sheffield United)

The thread was about Sunny Gill and I was merely comparing his performance to more experienced referees. I think that it’s fair to say we won’t be seeing him at the Amex again - unless our mini blip turns into a long term decline.
