This is not true. Via dei gladiatori does not bring you to the away end. You need to go around anti clockwise and it’s 10/15 minute walk from the Main Street. I don’t recommend walking for anyone,enjoy the city have done beers and get the bus down

Don’t do rail Europe. Your safest bet would be Milan Central return to Rome with ‘Italo’ From Milan Train station allow your self time to get to the airport by bus/taxi. Also in Rome Italo doesn’t always stop in Termini and has 2 other stops in the center Roma Tiburtina and Roma Ostiense
