Very misleading really, a better statistic would probably be 'value added', as in the amount paid v the amount sold for. Chelsea have the highest sales bc they probably have close to the highest amount spent on players too.
He's currently a big fish in a small pond. I think (hope) getting to the Premier League will ground him a bit. It's hard to be cocky when you're earning relatively little, can't speak the language and aren't the best in the team.
Bit harsh, always comes across as quite down to earth for the most famous footballer in England. Doesn't do stupid things like some of his predecessors. Keeps himself to himself and made a brave move to Germany to try to achieve success in his career.
That's a great highlights video. He has really improved a lot this season, I think next season he'll be given a lower squad number and be considered as part of our 'ideal' starting 11.
"Deal agreed", anything can be agreed anytime (wasn't Buonanotte signed outside the window?), but the transfer can only go through once the window opens.
@El Presidente since you're in this thread could you answer a question - do clubs pay VAT or capital gains tax on profit earnt from transfers? For example if Cucurella was bought for £10m and sold for £60m how much of the £50m profit is banked?
MacBook pro, second hand is the way to go. Probably from Cex as they have 2 year warranties as well. Shouldn't cost you more than £1,000 for a top of the range one.
