There's no way the Baltics would agree to being in an axis of neutrality.
Ukraine was neutral, gave up it's nuclear weapons for joint protection by the US, Russia, UK...that didn't end well for them.
They'd better take it out and stuff it under the mattress...before Putin decides a war tax of 20,% on all savings, because those cynical Russians didn't buy enough of the excellent value war bonds.

Here's an indication of the amount of military materiel sent to Ukraine from the US as of end October 2024. I haven't got time to summarize, but plenty of detail listed in there on air defense systems etc.
